Breaking of spectacles

On Wednesday, 21.10.15 I attended a yoga class. I took off my spectacles, like always, and put them on MY MAT in front of me The instructress promptly stepped onto them and broke my rimless glasses. <br> I showed this woman what she had done and reported the incident to the manager. A Mapula Mojapelo responded to me, in not only a rude and arrogant manner but totally unprofessionally. In a, no uncertain tone, she told me to WAIT. I have waited long enough now, did not break my own glasses and hold Virgin Active Randburg fully responsible. I am wearing a prescription that is totally outdated and need a replacement of my previous pair. I therefore am requesting a senior person to act on this as soon as possible.<br> <br>
