Breach of contract! Poor service!

I recently joined vitality and i received a call from an agent (named Aqeeb) from Summerset West advising i should sign up with Virgin Active with him. I did and he added me to a premium membership so i could use the facility and promised to change my contract before the 1st of January. I sent him the new contract and followed up with him after a month because ibwas billed the full premium amount. He initially stated he never received the contract but i resent him a voice note that he sent to me saying that he did receive the new contract. When i requested him to sort the issue he inturn asked me why the activation fee of 799 was paid late to the club i joined. I explained that i had went in three times to Virgin Active Vodaworld to make payment during December and i was sent away by the ladies at the front desk advising to come in at specific days when a salesperson was in which we did and was sent sent back all three times because they could not accept the payment. My husband and Ia were told that there was a 10 day grace period and we could come back in the new year which we did... But then the salesman could not assist us because Aqeeb the call center agent had locked the contract. I received daily calls from the accounts department requesting payment for the ENTIRE JANUARY i explained each time i followed up with the Manager at Vodaworld Virgin Active and Aqeeb but the ossue has not been resolved even after i had made payment of the 799...and sent the new contract within the required time. I have fulfilled my side the requirements but i have still been issued a premium debit order i am still receiving calls from accounts. I am convinced that besides being inefficient call center agents like Aqeeb are not interested in the well being and customer satisfaction all that he is trained to do is extract his commission from new applicants he has a poor sense of resolving issues and taking responsibility. I am frustrated and i now understand what Virgin Actives brand essence is all about.. Its all about ******ion and excuses and inefficiency. This is all that i have seen and experienced.
