Breach of Contract

Virgin Active Montana do not even deserve a one star. I signed a contract in August 23 with them. I specifically asked for a membership so that I could go to any club at any time. They send me a quote and I accepted it. March 24 all of sudden I could no longer access Virgin Active Hazeldean. When I phoned Montana they said I only have a membership with them. After obtaining my contract from head office and having my lawyer read through it, we establish that I do have Premier access, but Montana refuse to fix it on their side. I have been promised that someone will sort this mess out since the 5th of March. They do not call back as promise and when you phone them then all they say :we will forward your message to the manager and have them phone you back. Virgin Active is in breach of contract and refuse to assist me and fixing their mistake.
