Bordering incompetence
<p> More or less ago I joined VA Kenilworth with my wife and 2 kids on V-Kids. Rihaz the sales assistant told me they had a special that if you join in November you get a discounted rate. I told that I wanted a one year contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>During April we relocated to Table View and we changed membership during the transfer the sales lady informed me that I was on a 2 year contract after I specifically asked him for a year contract. I couldn't find my contract on my mails and phoned Rihaz. HE said that it was a two year contract because the so called special was only valid on a two years.</p> <p> </p> <p>He wasn't very accomodating. But in October I received a mail saying that my son's contract is about to expire. I phoned Rihaz again, he wasn't available. I aked to speak to Patric their manager, he was busy so I left a message on the 7/10/16 at 13:44 , 14:17 and 16:01 and on 11/10/16 at 15:06 and 16:22. Still no reply but I explained to a consultant what happend.</p> <p>On the 12/10 I receive a call from Rihaz saying that he received a mail from Patrick and told me that it made him look bad and that it made him look like he wasn't doing his job. I told him that I had phoned him in April and his attitude was it's done so their is nothing you can do about it. He then said that he would look into the matter.</p> <p>On the 14/10 I phoned him to get feedback and he then informed me that there is still no feedback from management. </p> <p>I phone HIM again on the 19/10, because their was no feed back. He then informed me that his manager became ill and the matter couldn't get attention. I then asked him if he would call back on the 24th with feedback, No call during the day, so I phone him on the 24/10 at 16:45 to which he replies that he has been waiting for my call all day. To which he tells me that nothing has been done.</p> <p>I then inform him that I will take the matter further. Still no feedback from Rihaz.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted by the customer servivce from Rihaz and Patrick, last mentioned did not to have the common decency not to at least give a call and Rihaz which is as unproffesional as can be with all his excuses.</p> <p>I want my contracts cancelled as I have not asked for a two year contract.</p>
