I bought a personal training booster pack from Virgin Active Groenkloef. <br> <br> A payment was made <br> <br> I attempted to get a personal trainer at the times suitable for me to train which as late afternoon ie after 17:00 till closing time. <br> <br> None of them were able to accommodate me even with several attempts and the amount was forfeited.<br> <br> I want to find out what the recourse is as it seems that the concept simply milks funds from people and the trainers a re not really interested in assisting. <br> <br> I require an amicable solution to this <br>
