Booster Pack frustration

I joined the Long Street , Cape Town gym in August and signed up for a booster pack. The first personal trainer contacted me to meet and plan the way forward. We met, spoke for about five minutes and agreed to start the first of three training sessions in the next week. The next week came and I was unable to make it due to my working hours. This continued for about three weeks. He then contacted me to tell me he is leaving the gym and I will be allocated a new personal trainer. The new pt sent me a whatsapp msg. I rep****, he didnt reply. The next week I sent him another message, no reply. I then decided that I want to move the booster pack to Century City gym as I have access to the gym over a weekend and can make use of the booster pack finally.

And thus the frustration started.

I have been trying to sort this out with Long Street Gym for the last three months. The manager, Nadia is still calling me back and sending me an email after how long. Today I called the Customer Care and a lovely young lady , Vuyo said she will call the gym herself and get back to me. She called me back to tell me that the gym told her that I had already used my booster pack.

I am very interested to know who the person is that got paid for my pt sessions, so that I know who to get my money from , because this is actually *****ing.

I made it VERY clear to Nadia that I am aware of the fact that there may be a price variance between the two brances, but I am willing to pay the difference, I just want to get the booster transferred as well as my gym membership.

I honestly do not know what to do to get this sorted out anymore.
