Blocked gym access despite payments

I joined Virgin Active Red in June 2024. I made the following payments June R266, July R152, August R152 and September R380. I’ve sent the proof of payments for July and August via email to Jessy Meyer but my account has not been updated. They blocked my access to the gym because I owe July payment. This is really frustrating because I’m paying for a gym I can’t go because of their incompetence
