*********, lies and *****ing!
My son joined Virgin on 30 JUNE 2014, AND WE signed a contract on 30 June. THEY KEPT US THERE FOREVER TO DO ALL THE PAPERWORK. Virgin then *********ED us to sign another contract, and I refused, so they then denied my son entry to the GYM until I did. They said it was just a formality(LIES!)

Then, once I had signed, they also started debiting my credit card (*****ing - when I have paid a FULL year in advance), even though that contract specified it was all paid for 1 year upfront from 30 June, and NO permission to debit me was specified in the revised contract.

Proof that we joined on 30 June is the credit card slip for the payment made . It was charged on 30 JUNE 2014. So my son became a member 30 June when payment was made, and not at the later date of resigning the papers.

Now I see why Virgin Active did all of this. My son should have been on the cheaper rate (Yes he joined on 30 June), so they went to all this trouble to manipulate their records to get the extra fee. SHAME ON YOU VIRGIN. Why did you give him access for the whole of July IF he was not a member in July 2104
