Blacklisted

My husband was blacklisted by virgin active without being informed of why he was blacklisted! Before covid there was an incident at one of the gyms. He was fully cooperating then silence from virgin no update. Today he goes to the gym only to be told he is blacklisted. Is this how virgin operate? You must cancel my contract as well because I’m disgusted!
