Bitter end to my gym contract

There is too many things I have a constant issue with. I know machines have wear and tear and break. But to have them out of service for weeks is crazy. Leaking taps, the app has multiple bugs and when the sign in system is down one has to manually log in for rewards which don't get logged.

I have officially cancelled my account after calling twice and having my call dropped by the cancellation department while im speaking. Doubt I'll even get a call back to apologise for cutting me off while talking.
