Billing issue at virgin active

I was a member at little falls since 2017 on vitality then i canceled my discovery policy which had the vitality then I took vitality separately on medical aid I have been paying discounted rates now virgin active are charging me the full gym fee when I'm still on vitality and they even blocked my account.What I don't understand is vitality which was canceled was the one attached to a policy and I took vitality separately I'm still a member of vitality with full benefits the last time I spoke to a guy from the gym he indicated that it was a system issue and it has been fixed 2 weeks later they want to push through a debit order of R1870 from about R600 kanjani?.
