Beyond the call of duty

I was ill advised to cancel an existing membership I had with another VA branch, to take up one with VA Broadacres by a sales consultant. The cancellation process, which shouldn't have been, resulted in the 1st month's debit order of R2292 going off for a family of 2 adults,2 children when I didn't expect to pay a cent for that 1st month as the cancellation and transfer(from one club to another) had been sold to me as a \first month for free"promotion. .not only that...when I signed the contract I signed off on a R748 monthly premium for the whole family"
