BEWARW OF "SPECIALS" ****

So im not one to easily complain BUT i cant keep still about this !! I joined Virgin Active Tyger Valley last year sometime.. at the time i was 25 years old. The sales person who assisted me sold me a membership at a DISCOUNTED price of R530 per month ( which i was happy with ). What he conveniently FAILED TO MENTION was that this so called special "expires" the day you turn 26 and your premium resets to the FULL AMOUNT of R900+ per month (which is absurd ). This was NEVER mentioned to me. After trying to get in contact with someone who could help ( which was a nightmare all on its own ), I was simply told.. you are in a contract and must pay up, end of story ! I am disgusted in their lack of service and professionalism. They are exploiting people, making use of false sales tactics to lock you into a contract you cannot get out of !! Virgin Active will never see me again !
