Beware of Virgin Active's ********* practices!

Despite cancelling our gym contract due to immigration plans in June/July of 2023, Virgin Active continues to reactivate our accounts without our consent, citing mysterious 'agreements' we supposedly made. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, they refuse to provide any evidence of our alleged consent, and it is clear that they are engaging in *****ulent behaviour by signing on our behalf. Numerous calls and emails have been made with a promise of escalation, yet no action has been taken. Even after requesting clarification and proof two days ago, Virgin Active remains uncooperative and keeps bombarding us with reminders of our payments, and continuously attempts to debt my husband. This is unacceptable and *******! We refuse to be victims of Virgin Actives ******* activity and legal action will be taken as its our last resort in stopping this *****ulent behaviour.
