I was sitting in the sona, when I looked up a man sitting in front of the window looking at me playing with his p........ . I asked him what he was doing and to please stop he smiled at me and carried on. I asked him again and said please stop he just looked at me and kept going. I asked one of the cleaners to call management and Mduduzi a Fitness instructor showed up. I explained to him what the situation was and asked the man if he was a stabane, Mduduzi said I can't say that and stood with the man while he was shouting racial remarks such as white supremacy and that I'm a ******. I went to shower so I can leave and I heard Mduduzi asked the man what he was doing there and the man answered that he was there to shower but he had no towel no soap just his cell phone in his hands and naked on the bench looking at me playing with him self. Mduduzi then said to me it's the mans body parts and he can play with it if he wants to. I took my towel and went to get dressed to leave. Fitness instructor was standing outside at the reseption and I asked him why he was teaming up with the pervert in the bathroom and why did he stand with the man saying white supremacy and chanting racial insults and he stated again it's the man's body parts and he can play with it if he wants to........

1- I want to know what Mduduzi s authority is at virgin 2- I need info of both people to go to police and lay a charge of ***ual and racial assault 3- I want to lay a formal complaint against Mduduzi at head office virgin Active

On 26.03.2024 this is the respons, but it's funny I saw the club manager and the fitness instructor

So sorry for the late response. I had been on leave, and I only came back today and had a look into my emails.

I will definitely get to touch base with this and revert to you ASAP. Mduduzi is my Fitness Instructor. However, he is currently on leave, and I am now investigating what happened before I revert to you on this matter. I have not been told of this matter so I will investigate and get back to you,

28.03.2024 This is how they shrug it under the carpet by lying. I did not speak to any manager nor did one speak to me. There's a big difference between correcting your p..... And playing with it even when I asked twice to stop. The manager is not giving any details regarding the people involved and trying to cover everything up.

I have been investigating and got all sides of this story from my fellow staff members, besides the gentleman who was involved who is the member.

From Manager on Duty that heard that there is something going on near the Males Sauna area, she asked Mduduzi to go and see and bring feedback as her was the only Male on duty who could assist her by going in on that Friday.

Mduduzi indeed went in, and he says he did ask the gentleman involved what he was doing as this was what you had said, and the gentlemen rep**** that he was just aligning his private parts and it is his body, so he was not being any type of pervert in touching his body.

Mduduzi then asked him to please be careful of how he does this as this could come across in any other way, which the member was adamant that he was not being or perverted but rather just moved his hand by his body part.

I understand how this could have looked and you had all the right to ask and thank you for bringing it up. The Manager on Duty, however, says that when you both walked out, she asked if you and the other member are good, and the answer was yes.

No one at that time wanted to give a statement so as well as when she asked you yesterday if all is good and are you well, she says you did reply yes.

But I am willing to be of any further assistance if need be. I hope I have given all necessary answers to your questions.
