Beware of Virgin Active!

Virgin Active is in the habit of lying to customers to get you to sign up! I was promised 2 months free as a signup bonus. They have now, not only charged me for the full 12 months, but automatically put my contract on a month to month contract without notifying me that the contracts was expiring as is a requirement of the consumer protection act. They also refuse to refund me the money that they took without my express consent!
