Best service and going the extramile by the best TEAM!

Let me start by saying we a prone to complaining by nature and when we receive bad service we forget to compliment, today I am really humbled and happy to be a virgin active soweto maponyamall client.

Yesterday was a normal afternoon at the gym with attending my 6:00pm class. The unfortunate happened and I missed a step attempting a back lunge which i strained my knee muscles I presume as i did not feel any pain at that time just a burning sensation.

To cut the long story short an emergency signal was prompted and boy was I overwhelmed with all the staff member at virgin active coming to my rescue. The best part is even though I said i was okay because i was a bit embarrassed they stayed by my side and helped me with my injury. I am happy to know that each and every staff member at virgin active are first aid qualified that make me feel safe and comfortable to go to gym.
