Benoni Virgin Active - TERRIBLE!

The Benoni Virgin Active is by far the worst branch I’ve been to. The air conditioning is constantly not working and it is extremely stuffy and hot inside the gym. They can never give you any information on when it will be fixed. When the air conditioning is working, the staff members never switch it on and when they actually do, it’s not even cold. If you’re not going to sort the air conditioning out, at least open the windows and doors inside the gym. What will they do when members start passing out because of the heat? How do you expect members to pay gym fees to train at a branch that doesn’t even have air conditioning or don’t even inform members on when it will be fixed. High disappointing, especially with the amount of gym fees I pay monthly.
