Being chased out by instructor from participating in Grid class, 03 October 2017. NO FEEBACK FROM MANAGER. He promised to address matter with the trainer.

I got chased out by a white female instructor from Grid class coz I was late and had not warm up...as if she really cared. For the first time in my 2 yrs with VA I was so ****ed off. The trainer claims to start class at exactly 18:30...she ****. It was my 3rd time going to her class. I've watched her start setting up at 18:30 and wonder why she can't prepare in advance. The class always starts at either 18:40 to 45. There I was at 18:50 feeling energetic only to be treated like that. I deliberately arrived at that time bcoz I know her setup starts at 18:30. She must not lie to shield her discriminatory act and I have seen ppl coming in late and she has never turned them away. She is the most unfit trainer I've ever seen for the Grid anyway...you must see how worked out she looks after her demonstrations. Worst of all the training staff from VA...whatever they're called allowed her to treat the gym like her own farm. By far I am not happy with their service in general. Club V where the kids are kept does not have age appropriate play equipment for the older children i.e for those between 4 yrs to 7 yrs. The staff at Club V are very unfriendly and rude. I am not convinced they are trained to work with kids or even screened to be fit to keep children. There is just no value for money for me in that gym.
