Bedford Virgin gone down hill.

Almost 15 years and ending this long road with you, can't even return phone calls or assist. Your gyms are pathetic compared to back in the day. Kids on machines socializing like it's a bar. Machines sit broken for months. Weights never packed away. Ladies at the front though very wonderful and recognize you. Will be going to Planet where they look after clients.
