Barred from Joining for the Rest of My Life with No Warning in Ten Years

I am barred from joining the gym after being told that I would be allowed to and serving my one month notice at my previous gym because of an outstanding amount that my mother had not paid from her bank account when she was paying for my gym and cancelled my membership. This is a 10 YEAR OLD DEBT that had been handed over to MBD Attorneys (the absolute lowest of the low).

Not once in the past 10 years have I been notified about the fact that I would never in my life be allowed to join a Virgin Active again. When I ask them for help in rectifying the situation they don't do anything. They just throw their hands up in the air. They won't even allow me to train while I am trying to fix the solution with their bottom feeder attorneys.
