Ballito Branch- Managers lack of concern/response

<p>My vehicle was broken into on the premsies of Virgin Active Ballito. There were 3 guards on duty and cameras also cover the parking area. The Manager(Marko Marais)after my insistance promised that Enforce the security company will investigate why the guards failed to guard the vehicles. He had promised that i would have feedback by Monday(2 weeks ago) When i followed up with him he did not respond. Obviously he does not care about the safety of his members possessions. He asked for pictures of the damage to my vehicle which I have sent him. There was no response from him yet again. Why ask for it when he has no intention of doing anything with it!!!</p> <p>I asked to view the video footage covering the area where my vehicle was parked. Virgin Active policy will not allow me to view this. I will have to get a subpoena to view this. Can you beleive this? They fail to protect their members possessions then add to your stress and inconveneince you further by putting its members through this!</p>
