bad virgin service

Hi,

I'm not impressed with virgin and i wont use there service ever again or recommend them to anyone. I cancelled my service with them, as i haven't been to gym for about 10 months, few months later they call and say my account is over due, WTH The contract was finished and this was a month to month thereafter the contract finished.

I then asked them to send me my recordings, hence "now they cant find it" and "Last i heard from virgin was, they will investigate and get back to me" next thing i get non stop calls from debt collectors. If this happens to me, how many other clients of virgin is this happening too ?
