BAD VA CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My VA APP stopped working. They say they will send a new pasword to my email address... tried this 5 times, but nothing?! Then i called the VA 0860 number, and listened to an answering machine for 6 minutes!!! At my cell phone expense!!USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS USUAL VA!
