bad taste

I unfortunately had to cancel my contract , due to the gym closing . The new gym was just to far to travel. I have been a member of Virgin for many many years , and was very happy with the gym. The cancellation process was a complete mess. The lady cancelled my contract immediately , after I was told it would be a months cancellation. The debit order went off but I cant use the gym for the termination month. I have spoken to about 6 agents with no help so far., What a **** show.
