Bad Service unprofessional service with false pretence

I'm so hurt beyond words I was approached by a sales manager who sold me a gym contract under false pretence he wasn't open regarding the terms and conditions of the gym even though I asked him questions regarding the contract when I go back to him he claims to have told me not acknowledging his mistake I signed up and I was told I would qualify for the 50%off 3 months a month later I'm being told I forfeited my 3 months because of the TandCs which I wasn't told about I called the head office and this rude lady told me it's nor her fault I have to take it up with the person who helped me sign
