Bad service Richarsbay branch

<p>They signed my son up saying that if he moves to town where there is no virgin he can cancel. After he moved to secunda we asked to cancel and they changed the story. After me phoning alot they just never came back to me and ignored my calls. My son is paying but we want to know after a year if he could cancel. They still dont come back to us. The branch is terrible and there is no sign of customer service . Will never recommend Vrigin active to anyone</p>
