Bad service only good when they want you to join

I had a contract with virgin active for a year and it expired months end April, so they sent me an email telling me if I want to continue or not and they even called me n I told them am not continuing it’s even there on their system n I told them in February but still went n charge me for 2months wen I had even stopped going to the gym for this 2 months which I had cancelled now their telling me they want an email n I deleted the email but on their system is showing I canceled, the lady I spoke to on phone was even so arrogant and telling me I must pay weather I like it oh not, what a bad service
