Bad service, good cgm

<p>I was very unhappy with Virgin Active Northridge in Bloem with regards to head office and a sales consultant. But the club manager, Harmen Potgieter really went out of his way to help me. He really looks after the clients provides really good customer service. Gym has really improved a lot since he took over as cgm</p>
