Bad service from Virgin Active Hazeldean

i gym at Hazeldean Virgin Active , last week Thursday i went to attend a Pilate class at 17:30 to my surprise it was cancelled and removed from the Timetable and i ignored that ,today i want to go attend NOVA at 17:00 when i check the timetable from my virgin active App it has been removed .I'm not happy about this to think i need to attend these classes for my health safe and i'm paying so they don't have a right to just remove classes as they desire with informing members ,this is bad service
