Bad service from Virgin Active

I am very disappointed and irritated with the Virgin Active service I received regarding my complaint of being debited an amount of R1007,50 instead of my monthly fee of R258 in the month of November. I have logged my complaint at club level and sent an email to their getintouch emaill address and still nothing has been done. And today(4/1/2023) I realized that I am again debited an of 1,082.50 instead of the monthly fee of R258.00. This is utter incompetency!!
