Bad service from Virgin active

I went and sign up a contract at virgin active kloof. My wife and I were told that the contract would cost us R550. 00 per month, my son's contract would cost us R100. 00 per and month we would receive two free. We then signed up and believed everything was done in good faith. Two months later we received our first debit I then phoned in to find out why I was debited such a high fee. I was then informed that the contract is R650. 00 per month and my son's fee is R150. 00 per month. I then expressed that this was not the agreed amount I was told that it's the sales persons word against mine and he is no longer working at the club and the sales manager would contact me of which never happen. Terrible, terrible service, absolutely sad how business was conducted.
