Bad service from the receptionist and their co ordinator

<p>so I decided to cancel my membership as I was nominated by a friend went to the reception at Boulders found Nonhlanhla Nkutha and Paulinah to cancel my gym membership last month they told me the cancellation fee and then after a week I asked Nonhlanhla if my membership is canceled she laughed at me today I received a debit order from Virgin Active like seriously this people don't take us serious. If I have to ask you more than once and then you don't do your job it's clear that they don't deserve to be front of house they must work at the back office so no one will irritate them . I demand my money before end of business tomorrow with bank charges make sure those receptionist and their co ordinator they go for train I wonder how does she train or teach her staff if she can't do her job. I am still gonna take this matter far because it shows they don't take their members seriously or they are there to get salaries. </p>
