Bad Service from Sibongile Bona

I just called and spoke to a very rude agent by the name of Sibongile Bona who doesn't even have manners.im not sure if the attitude she gave me was part of her training maybe.she refused to transfer me to the manager and even refused to give me her surname.she placed me on hold and never came to me,I had to drop the call and redual.i will not accept such behaviour as it's not the 1st time I'm being treated like in not valued Virgin active agents are soi rude and the management needs to look into it.I have a billing query as you guys debited what you were not suppose to debit.
