Bad service from agent

Virgin active call center agents are the worst and ***********. They are rude! Remember I had no issues until you guys got hacked, gave us nedbank account numbers to pay and the next thing we no longer pay there, it is now FNB.. Guys you trained these people to give us answers that will satisfy us as customers, not to hang up on us.

Nike is offering sams services now for free... I dont mind canceling if your staff treat us like this.
