Bad service

I joined virgin active red in 2019 black Friday special of R250 pm a consultant goes by the name Simphiwe, he said for first two months I will gym to any virgin active thereafter he will put me back on my gym of which he failed. Before lockdown I told I owe R2200. I then send email to the manager with proof but no respond. I still want gym but my issue is not yet resolve. Bad service from Simphiwe mabaso
