Bad Service at Vigin Active Little Falls

Not sure what is happening at Virgin Active Little Falls, I know it is a Sunday night but surely amenities should be working and open until closing time. I want to use the steam room and it is not working, I go to reception and get told they would turn it on, 20 minutes later and still no working steam room. Please can we not at least get a bit of decent service for the money we pay to access this club.
