Bad service, and getting money out of people.

A person with the name of Tyron emailed me on 21 September 2023, about my daughter being a year older. We then contacted them on the 25 of September to cancel the contract, now we are getting bills to pay of thousands of rands. They are now telling me there is nothing on the system. So, if the person we spoke to, never update the system or the comments, does that now mean the call never happened.

Just because someone did not update the system. This is not right.
