BAD SERVICE AND BAD COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS

I must say that virgin active is full of greed, customer service is pathetic with there service and very abrupt My contract is 2 years and it's almost done, they don't even inform me about changing the amount on my contract and tell me that it states that on the contract, which Ronel did not even have the proof infront of her that when your age changes that the amount increases on the contract I've been trying to get help for months now and no one wants to assist in customer service, you try to explain and they have an attitude to say no you listen to me.
