Bad service

Am so disappointed on the was I have been treated by this health gym club.. Specail by the virgin REd club in brackenfell. I made a payment last month which disappeared , however I was advised I will hve to bring a bank statement while the issue caused by the club not me.. The manager of the club was not helpful as well. When I brought this issue to the attention the person who I said Up with told me that I am a complainer.. Therfor as so not happy to be disrespected the way I have been disrespected.. Even when I paid the membership fee with my card twice last montg it was reversed back twice to me.. However I requested the debt ordee to be taken off, However the manager said he will found out for me & still no feed back given to.. Lastly on the 26/11/2019 I mde a payment with my card & still got debted while I trickly requested the debt order to be taken off, bcoz payments go messing.. I am totally not happy with the way I hve been treated & was told will hve to wait till Thursday to hve the amount refunded to me. I would like to know is this how you treat you members?
