Bad service

I was assured my legacy membership will not change if I change my medical aid to my husband’s medical aiid on 1 January 2021. After several phone messages I was informed by email that it was reinstated. Still it does not reflect on the system. I am very embarrass standing in the queue to be told I am not on the system. Promises that it will be done by the next day is still not done. How many embarrassing days must I tolerate?
