Bad Service

I want to express my disappointment in this business.The consultants of this business have no communications skills. I have been contacted several times and been asked about my account that is in arrears. Countless times I have been explaining that I have cancelled, and whilst I communicate they put the phone down. I have cancelled my contract and were told that I need to pay a certain amount. They will do as arrange and just the following month they deduct the normal deduction. When you make contact then they not aware of any cancellation. I would like the CEO of this business to look into this. I am fed up of this business and the fact that they can so easily ***** form people. They deducted monies from my husbands account for my daughter that have been taken off long ago,. *******!!!
