Good day, I joined the gym in July with their special that says u join now and u can only start paying in September. Guess what come Aug i was debited and when i asked they told me that the debit order is for Sep. And again end of Aug i was debited when i called the call centre i was referred back to the sales consultant that helped me during that time, I was denied access to the gym because i have disputed my Aug Debit order. I spoke to Celia from the call centre which she explained the terms and conditions where i was promised to be contacted by the branch manager till now still waiting. Its either i cancel my contract with immediate effect or this matter if no call by end of today.
