Bad service

I had originally been introduced to virgin active student contract where they had given me a contract at Benoni club by a sales person, he had giving me a contract and when I had signed I asked him for the bag that came with the contact and he told me that he couldn't do anything for me. As a client it's unease that certain customers get privileges. And other's get treated like trash so that sales people can meet their ,margins. Thanks virgin active Benoni for making me dislike virgin active. I am no longer a member of the family going to try trinergy instead
