bad service.

i have been a member of virgin active club for almost 10years with no unpaid. yesterday I was working around Sandton, traffic was bad. Due to that I decided to go to Virgin active Grayston Sandton . It came to my surprised that I was not allowed to use the club, I tried to explain to the staff(SLIE) She didn't want hear anything for me...she treated me like *******, she asked me to pay visiting fee. I asked myself why you would not allow a member to use the club just for that day only??? after the client has been loyal to virgin active for almost 10years...this crazy service, it real madness...as we speak will be cancelling my membership with virgin active, they have showed me that they don't respect client all they care is take my money...what happened to client service? or is that the kind of client service I should receive??
