bad service

To whom it may concern, I have sent an email stating I want this to be cancelled with in the first month I signed up for this, My credit rating has been on a down hill since I opened this. I would like to know what is going to be done regarding this. My concern is I am only 26 and you have already ruined my credit score. I have not even entered a gym assuming it has been cancelled Very unhappy
