Bad service

Waste water pipe water out the wall in the spa area which was causing an awful and very unpleasant smell. The manager Melanie was called and refused to respond but sent the receptionist saying she (manager) was busy. This is not the first time that Melanie showed mismanagement and the GM is aware of complaints brought to him. Members walk around the spa area and swim with the underwear and complaints have been made to management, but nothing is been done. The service has gone very poor and I cannot believe that this is a classic gym.
