Bad service

I was a member for the past 4 years. Yes i didnt attend gym everyday which i dont think should give the staff to go fiddle in and tell the person responsible of paying for my membership. They did this more often and i warned them not to interfere in my gym process. They should be happy the money was getting into the business not complain that i do not gym. The reason i write this is i get so irritated with your calls that i should be a member when they made sure they lose me as a member. Can you remove my number from your system so that i dont get more calls . Virgin active in polokwane thornhill staff is so unprofessional. Why didnt they call me to come to gym while i was still a member????Why call me now after i cancelled??????
