Bad service!!!!

I had a really bad experience yesterday, I went with my son he is 12years old, we also went the previous week no problems , but yesterday they told me he can only do some off the equipment so I didnt have a issue we went on the bikes and after 8min the staff came up to me and told me and my son to clime off and leave unfortunately he may not use the equipment. I was only informed afterwards due to covid all children under 18 may not use the equipment or do any classes, but this was the reason I signed up for. He can still use the pool but I need to sit with him...how must i do my exercises? I can't leave him at home the kids already only go's to school every other day so they aslo gained so much waight. Sorry but I need to cancel if this is the case im not paying R800 just to use the pool I have one at home!
