bad service

I've got a membership with virgin active red at The Grove Shopping centre, R40 White River Road, Riverside, Nelspruit, 1201. I attend the 17:30pm kick class from monday to thursday. I knock off at 16:30pm. I cannot do weights due to some conditions, so I go to the gym for that class. Yesterday (21/11/2019) I was told at 17:31pm that there is no class as the trainer reported late and no one could replace her/him. This is the second time this happens since I have signed the contract end of september 2019. The staff just delivered the news and didnt care what we do afterwards. You deduct the full amount but do not care If I get the service or not. I was so ****ed because I just stood there like a lunatic not knowing what to do. The staff is always in the office not doing the rounds to check on people unless it is supposed to be like that. Like yesterday, I was expecting someone to come and assist me and advise on what I can use with the condition I have.
